We are an FAA Certified Repair Station specializing in custom aviation electronics.
Our office is located at the Houston Southwest Airport (Arcola, TX ).
We are looking for a Bookkeeper Assistant.
Our ideal candidate must be:
- Able to handle multi-phone lines, take detailed and accurate messages; - Proficient in Word, Excel and Outlook; - Able to use various programs to create reports and documents; - A self-starter, able to work independently and report on a regular basis; - Extremely organized, responsible and capable of follow up without being reminded; - A good communicator with exceptional written, verbal and interpersonal skills; - A problem solver who loves to learn new things and isn't afraid to ask questions.
This position will work closely with the Accounting Lead / Office Manager as well as the company's Vice President.
QuickBooks and/or bookkeeping experience is a definite plus! Job Type:

The check can be for multiple reasons such as signing bonus, supplies, etc. The victim will be instructed to deposit the check and use the money for any of these reasons and then instructed to send the remaining funds to the fraudster. The check will bounce and the victim is left responsible.
